Watering gardens
- Odds and evens apply, so odd numbered houses can use sprinklers and hoses on odd date days of the month and even numbered houses can use sprinklers and hoses on even date days of the month.
- Sprinklers can only be used for one hour, before 9 am and after 5 pm.
- Hoses fitted with a trigger nozzle can be used before 10 am and after 4 pm but cannot be left running unattended.
- Watering cans and buckets are permitted.
Washing of vehicles and/or buildings
- Washing of vehicles and/or buildings is permitted only with a hose fitted with a trigger nozzle.
Swimming pools
- Residents are permitted to top-up swimming pools or spas.
Hard surfaces
- Hosing of hard surfaces as part of general cleaning is NOT permitted. Spot cleaning for health, safety or emergency reasons only is permitted.
